I stumbled upon "The Warrior Diet" book by Ori Hofmekler while reading Iron Man magazine. The basic principle is this: undereat during the day and overeat at night. There is a lot more to it than that, but the diet promises to 'restore' bodies to the lean and mean fighting machines that the ancient warrior's possessed.The book is a very interesting read. There is a lot of background information with a full description of the program. I'll post more as I finish reading the book and perhaps give the diet a shot.

P.S. - I am reading Ori's 1st edition book. He has a new and updated book. I'm not sure what the difference is, but I like what I'm reading so far.
